1. Refund Eligibility
At CreationServices, we stand behind the quality of our Steam Phone Verification Services. We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- If the phone verification service fails to work as described within the first 24 hours after delivery
- If you do not receive your phone verification service within the promised delivery timeframe (12 hours)
- If the phone verification does not comply with the specifications listed in the product description
Please note that due to the digital nature of our products, once a phone verification service has been successfully delivered and is working as described, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
2. 6-Month Guarantee
All our phone verification services come with a 6-month guarantee. This means:
- If the phone verification service stops working within 6 months due to issues on our end, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost
- This guarantee covers issues related to the phone verification service itself, not user errors or third-party actions
- The guarantee is void if the account has been modified in ways that affect the phone verification
To claim your guarantee, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Explain why you are requesting a refund
- Provide any relevant evidence or information that supports your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase
- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
- We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the refund
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- If the issue is caused by user error or misuse of the service
- If the refund is requested after the product has been used successfully for its intended purpose
- If the request is made outside the eligible timeframe
